Marco Quina's litigation experience involves patent litigation and a number of other commercial controversies. His primary emphasis, however, is on accountants' professional liability litigation. In that connection he has participated in the defense of a "Big Four" accounting firm in securities class actions brought in federal and state courts throughout the United States. He also helps accounting firm clients respond to SEC and other government investigations.
Marco's pro bono work includes representation of victims of domestic violence. Prior to joining Foley Hoag he interned at the Disability Law Center, where he assisted with Americans with Disabilities Act litigation.
