Her legal background has proven instrumental to her success, by providing her with a keen perspective of the legal marketplace and the ability to speak her clients' language. Outside of work, Marcie has combined her recruiting skills with her strong belief in women's reproductive freedom, by volunteering for leadership roles at Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania. A member of the Board of Directors for six years, Marcie is chair of the Board Development Committee and helped direct Planned Parenthood's search for its president and CEO several years ago.
