Marcia Dresner is a Senior Research Analyst for Corporate University Xchange. She conducts research and analysis of learning and development issues, and provides advisory services to a range of Fortune 500 companies based on that research. Marcia has edited and written numerous research reports, as well as the CorpU Journal and CorpU Annual Benchmarking reports, and manages the CorpU Analyst Inquiry process. Prior to joining CorpU, Marcia was service director for the Human Capital Strategies Service at Syndicated Research Group and provided research for high-level human resource executives. She was also a key player in the creation of a computer software firm that developed utility software for early portable computers and desktop systems. Marcia was the Senior Managing Editor of the American Chemical Society’s CHEMTECH magazine. She managed all aspects of communication on development of R&D, management, science, marketing, and technology. Marcia earned a Bachelor’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. |
