Marcia Amoye is responsible for Ovation’s client relations and operations. As a leader in account management, Ms. Amoye has a proven track record in client satisfaction and retention. Most recently, she was at Carlson Wagonlit where she was responsible for strategic planning, customer retention and profitability for the some of the firm’s key clients. Previously, Ms. Amoye was with TQ3 Travel Solutions, a division of Maritz Inc. where she was Vice President, Operations and was responsible for customer satisfaction and client operations for one-third of the firm’s business. In this role, she supervised a staff of over 300 people in 14 different states. She has also held senior positions at McCord Travel Company, Rosenbluth International and Zenith Travel. Ms. Amoye holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Operations Management from Bernard M. Baruch College, City University of New York. |
