As President of CIBER’s Federal Government Solutions Practice Marcia Kim leads the development and operation of CIBER’s IT systems engagements for all federal government practice areas which include Civilian Defense and Intelligence Natural Resources and Physical Security.
CIBER’s Federal Government Solutions Practice has provided mission-critical IT solutions to federal government agencies and departments for more than 15 years ranging from application development and management projects for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to port security projects for the Port of Lake Charles Louisiana. The Practice employs more than 1 500 consultants and contributes approximately $150 million to CIBER’s annual revenue.
Ms. Kim comes to CIBER from Computer Sciences Corporation where she spent 27 years in various capacities most recently as Vice President Citizen Services (Civil Group of Federal Sector). In this role Ms. Kim was responsible for all contract performance and new business growth culminating in $460 million of annual sales to agencies such as the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Department of Defense (DoD) Department of Energy (DoE) and Social Security Administration (SSA). She was also responsible for the operations and modernization of the New York Medicaid program.
Prior to her tenure as VP Citizen Services Ms. Kim served as Vice President Application Programs at CSC. There she led a $150 million business area for CSC’s System Sciences Division focused on federal healthcare land and resource management systems integration and non-federal support services.

She earned a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Michigan. |
