Marcia J. Rodgers practices in the areas of patents, trademarks and copyrights, with special interest in U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution and associated transactions. She is authorized to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Ms. Rodgers' patent experience includes representing corporate clients in the development of new patent and trademark license agreements, maintenance of foreign intellectual property programs, analysis of clients' competitors practices for patent infringement and freedom to operate issues, and continued development of clients' intellectual property programs (improvement patents, additional U.S. and foreign trademark registrations).
