Marcia Stanford is a member of Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Energy practice group in Washington, D.C. She has extensive experience advising clients from various segments of the electric power and natural gas industries with respect to issues and related implications for those clients arising under the Federal Power Act, the Public Utility Holding Company Act, the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act, the Natural Gas Act and the Natural Gas Policy Act. Her expertise extends to both regulatory and transactional matters.
Prior to practicing law, Marcia was a law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice from 1982 to 1983.
