In addition to being a senior recruiter, Marci Lauber serves as Baldwin Gilman’s Chief Operating Officer. Marci spent the first 10 years of her career as a business process specialist at Deloitte Consulting, helping mid-market companies improve operations processes and align staff accordingly. Now she helps Baldwin Gilman clients find the right talent, with a concentration on consulting, professional services, information technology and operations management. Marci also coordinates and analyzes the Culture Fit Assessment results for the firm, helping clients interpret the results and understand key competencies critical for success in the open position. The Culture Fit Assessment is one of the tools Baldwin Gilman uses to insure candidates not only meet the qualifications of the position, but will also fit an organization’s unique culture. Marci received her undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Miami University. |
