Marcey Rubin Stamas is a Vice Chairman and Managing Director in DHR International’s Chicago headquarters. Marcey joined DHR International in 1998 as Executive Vice President, and was named a Managing Director and a member of the DHR International’s Senior Operating Committee in 1999 and Vice Chairman in 2000. Prior to DHR International, Marcey spent 8 years in the Chicago office of a New York based boutique search firm, as a Retail Specialist, achieving Top Producer status during her last year with the firm. Marcey has more than twenty years in the Executive Search Industry and is recognized as one of the firm’s leading consultants. As a retail search veteran, Marcey has a well-developed track record of Client Partnerships, and has a strong national network of Candidate andClient relationships. Her clients represent a combination of Global and Domestic Retailers, both in the Public and Private Sectors. Some recent searches include the President of Old Navy, President of Gap Body, EVP, Chief Information Officer Claire’s Stores, Chief Operating Officer Claire’s Europe, and SVP Merchandising Office Depot. Marcey has also been successful in attracting talent to executive leadership roles in Human Resources, Store Operations, Real Estate Marketing and Finance roles for many widely known Retail Brands. Marcey is known for her extensive understandingof the search process, Client Partnership skills, as well as a strong national network of Candidate relationships.
