As an executive board member of Pacer Health Corporation, Marcelo Llorente helps direct the Company's overall business and public strategy.
Llorente currently represents District 116 in the Florida House of Representatives. Llorente has served on the Select Committee for Affordable Healthcare, and Vice-Chair of Insurance Regulation Committee and serves as Vice-Chair of the Transportation & Economic Development Appropriations Committee and sits on the Business Regulation Committee. He is also an attorney with the law firm of Bryant, Miller & Olive, P.A., where he specializes in the areas of public finance and affordable housing. He is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, and Cuban-American Bar Association.
Llorente has been an active in the Amor en Acion: (Love in Action) Latin American Missionary Group. He also served as a Volunteer Law Student in the Leon County Teen Court program and as a certified legal intern providing legal representation to domestic violence victims through Florida State University's Children Advocacy Center.
Llorente graduated cum laude from Tulane University with a bachelor's degree and holds a law degree from Florida State University College of Law.
