Mr. Odebrecht was elected the president of the board of directors as a nominee of Odebrecht in July 25, 2008. He has been the President of Construtora Norberto Odebrecht S.A. since 2002. Mr. Odebrecht is also Vice-president of the Brazilian Association of Infra-Structure and Primary Industry - ABDIB, member of the board of directors of the Exterior Commerce Chamber - CONEX, Vice-president of COINFRA - FIESP, member of the Strategic Superior Board - FIESP and member of the board of directors of the Industry Development Study Institute - IEDI. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Universidade Federal da Bahia - UFBA and a MBA from IMD Business School, in Lausanne, Switzerland. |
