Dr. Marcellina Offoha, is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Shaw University , Raleigh , NC . Dr. Offoha has over 10 years of counseling and advising experience and served on the faculties of Ithaca College , Ithaca , NY ; State University of New York, Plattsburg , NY ; Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science, Philadelphia , PA ; and Morgan State University , Baltimore , MD. Dr. Offoha has extensive research and program management experience as well as numerous written publications.
