Marc Marshall is a 30-year technology veteran with experience in software product engineering and development, professional services, operations management, and product support. He joined Object Reservoir in April 2004 as Vice President of Software Engineering and is responsible for all product development, software engineering, and product support.
Marshall served in an executive capacity with several recent Austin startup companies including CADSolve, Zilliant, and eCertain. At those companies, he held leadership roles, and was responsible for products spanning image processing, enterprise data modeling and analytics, and secure transactions over the web. His background also includes a five-year stint as a technology and customer-facing executive at Pervasive Software, serving the company as it moved from early stage through a successful IPO, and beyond. His roles at Pervasive included VP of Engineering, Professional Services and Technical Support for a suite of database products and web application tools distributed worldwide. Earlier in his career, he led technology development teams in enterprise application development and integration, automated planning systems, graphics visualization, modeling and simulation, statistical classification systems, digital signal processing, and digital image analysis.
Marshall is a graduate of Rice University with a Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering. |
