Experience:
Marc C. Lewis concentrates in the areas of commercial lending, workouts and restructurings representing commercial banks and other financial institutions in single lender and syndicated secured and unsecured lending transactions. His experience includes multi-borrower facilities and multi-currency facilities in conventional asset-based financings, cash flow loans, acquisition financings, bridge loans and debtor-in-possession financings.
Mr. Lewis also has extensive experience involving corporate acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and joint ventures, limited liability companies and partnerships.
