Marc W. Levy is Executive Vice President of Island Global Yachting Ltd. and serves on its executive management team. In this capacity, Mr. Levy is the Head of IGY’s Mergers & Acquisitions/Business Development Group. Mr. Levy is also Senior Managing Director of Island Capital Group LLC, which acts as the general partner of the controlling shareholder of Island Global Yachting, and serves on Island Capital’s executive management team. Mr. Levy was formerly Senior Managing Director of Insignia Financial Services, Inc., which was the investment banking subsidiary of Insignia, where he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, real estate finance transactions and principal investment opportunities for Insignia. Prior to Insignia, Mr. Levy was a corporate attorney with the New York City law firm of Rogers & Wells (now Clifford Chance), where he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and real estate private equity transactions. Mr. Levy received a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law (Dean's List) in 1996 and received a B.A. degree from Tufts University (cum laude) in 1993. |
