Marc Hollander joins Mimeo.com as Vice President, Applications Development, with responsibility for building the technology that will extend Mimeo's position as the innovator in the print on demand industry. Marc will be leading teams that focus on the architecture that supports new product development, enhancement of existing products and the production tools needed to ensure that everything Mimeo produces is of the highest quality. Before joining Mimeo, marc was Vice President of Applications Development at Rodale, Inc. While there, he led a team of 30 people in successfully developing and executing a technical vision and architecture for multiple Rodale online properties such as Prevention.com and MensHealth.com.
Prior to that, Marc led the AOL Entertainment Engineering Group, a team of over 95 people spanning six locations, and was responsible for the architecture and development of some of the world's most passionately used applications including Moviefone IVR (777-FILM), Netscape Radio, Games and TV applications, CompuServe Welcome Page, and many other applications. Marc was the technical leader of a team that took Moviefone from a startup to an organization that was valued at $130 million at IPO to $550 million at time of acquisition by America Online. |
