Mr. Fortier has more than 22 years experience in software engineering and engineering management - from design through testing with a wide range of programming languages on UNIX and Windows development environments. Mr. Fortier gained significant experience in software development for management of network equipment and networked systems while at 3Com Corporation and Chipcom Corporation - premier vendors in the networking field throughout the 1990s and early 2000s. His positions there included Manager of Software Development, Principal Software Engineer and Senior Project Manager. He was Manager of Software Infrastructure Development at Courion Corporation, a maker of enterprise identity management products. He has held senior software engineering and supervisory posts at Genrad Corporation, Adage, Inc. and Accutest, Inc. Mr. Fortier graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering Technology degree from the University of Lowell in Massachusetts. |
