Marc is certified by Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA, and has implemented Frame-Relay and virtual private wide-area networks for more than a hundred businesses nationwide. Marc directed the technical operations of a national VPN and Frame-Relay service provider, as well as managed the network operations center, deployed the network backbone, and headed product development. Marc has a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington in Technology and Innovation Management. |
