As Vice President of Marketing, Marc Caltabiano is responsible for product strategy, product management, product marketing, marketing communications, and public relations. Marc brings more than 15 years of product management and product marketing experience in the CRM, self-service, ecommerce, and enterprise search industries. He holds eight patents on search and knowledge management.Prior to Mall Networks, Marc was the senior director of product management at KNOVA Software, guiding the company's product and positioning strategy, product roadmap, and product and release management. In this role, he was responsible for award-winning and market-changing products and solutions that helped grow the company's revenue by more than 400 percent. Before KNOVA, Marc served as senior product manager at Siebel Systems for the Call Center and eService products and was a key part of the team that vaulted Siebel's Call Center and eService products into a market leadership position. Marc started his career with Disco Corporation, a leading Japanese semiconductor equipment manufacturer, based in Tokyo. Marc has a B.A. from Williams College and an MBA from the Haas School at the University of California at Berkeley. |
