Throughout his career, our Vice-President of Product Development, Chef Marc Brennet emphasized enhancing the natural flavors in the fresh ingredients he uses rather than an abundance of spices and additives. During his traditional formal European training which began at the age of thirteen, Chef Brennet developed a passion and discipline that pushes our staff to continuously re-invent our recipes to make them more flavorful, natural and healthy. Chef Brennet not only mastered the technical aspect of the culinary world, he also obtained a Dual Degree in Hotel Management and Culinary Arts from the Hotel School of Namur in Belgium. The combination of technicalities and academics result in a well rounded Chef who truly grasps the whole industry.
Whether he's creating a buffet dinner for a few hundred people or a sophisticated dinner for individuals such as former Presidents Ronald Reagan, George Bush Sr. and Bill Clinton, Chef Brennet maintains this high quality philosophy so that your friends and family can bring a new level of quality, convenience and value to your home.
Prior to joining our team, this Belgian born culinary expert served as personal chef for Daniel Snyder, owner of the Washington Redskins.
When he arrived in the United States from Europe in January 1986, he held the position of chef and residence manager of the Embassy of Canada where he remained for more than a decade preparing recipes for dignitaries from all over the world. Serving under six ministers, Brennet mastered his multi-tasking and culinary skills while organizing all official functions at both the Residence and the Chancery.
