Marc Bouvier is the Vice President for Strategy and Integration for EADS North America, with responsibility for the company’s growth and development through mergers and acquisitions, business integration, and the application of EADS technologies and products to the market.
Prior to assuming his current role in July 2007, Bouvier was Vice President of Large Security Systems for EADS Defense & Communications Systems. In this capacity, he built and managed a multicultural team for EADS’ business development in China. During a three-year period, the company signed more than $100 million in contracts for the China Olympic Games.
Previously, Bouvier was Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at EADS Telecom, where he oversaw the acquisition of companies in the United Kingdom, Germany and France tripling the company’s revenues through external growth.
Bouvier received his Engineering Masters Degree from the National School of Civil Aviation, Toulouse, and holds an MBA Degree from the Lyon School of Management. |
