Marc Benrey Vice President Customer Support and Business Operations is responsible for the company’s worldwide Customer Support Operations and for Global Business Operations. His goal is to guarantee that InfoVista delivers the most outstanding Customer Experience to all InfoVista customers and partners. Prior to his current position Mr. Benrey previously served as Director Customer Advocacy and Vice President Channel Marketing. Prior to joining InfoVista Mr Benrey held various positions in customer service areas including Chief Service Officer for Clariteam (1999-2001) first European MSP specialized in Quality of Services and as Director Customer Services for ARCHE Communications (1995-1999) leading French network integrator. Other experiences include International Sales Manager and Manager Professional Services positions in high-tech companies both in France and in the US. Marc Benrey holds a Master of International Business from the University of Lyon (France) and is a graduate in European Management from the University of Canterbury (UK). |
