Mr. Langland has been a director since 1991. He is the Chairman of the Company’s Governance and Nominating Committee. He has been President of Northrim Bank, Anchorage, Alaska, since November 1990 and Chairman since January 1998. Mr. Langland has also been Chairman, President and CEO of its parent company, Northrim BanCorp, Inc., since December 2001. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Key Bank of Alaska from 1987 to 1988 and President from 1985 to 1987. He served on the Board of Trustees of the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation from February 1987 to January 1991 and was Chairman from June 1990 to January 1991. He is also a director of Horizon Air, Northrim BanCorp, Inc., Saltchuk Resources Inc. and Usibelli Coal Mine, and is a member of the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, and a board member and past chairman of Commonwealth North. |
