With more than 20 years of technology-focused sales management experience in both commercial and government sectors, Wallenstein guides sales management, growth and strategy, training, business development, and channel management strategies. Most recently, Wallenstein launched new market products, including government call center solutions for NICE Systems, the world's leading enterprise solution provider of call center customer interaction, multi-media recording, business analytics and intelligence solutions. As a co-founder of Growing Companies, a consulting firm focused on sales and systems integration of enterprise solutions such as CRM, supply chain, and ERP, Wallenstein negotiated multi-million dollar transactions with both Fortune 500 and government organizations. A former adjunct professor at the University of Maryland, University College, Wallenstein earned both a bachelor's and a master's degree from Kent State University. |
