Marc G. Guild has been our President Marketing Division since November 1989 and has served as a director of the Company since 1989. He was Executive Vice President of Network Sales/Operations from 1986 to 1989. Mr. Guild has been employed by us or our predecessors since 1972 in various capacities. As President of our Marketing Division Mr. Guild plays a key role in our sales and marketing programs the Interep Radio University and our research and Marc G. Guild has been our President Marketing Division since November 1989 and has served as a director of the Company since 1989.
