Mr. Ullom has extensive experience in the insurance industry. He has served as a trial counsel for four major insurance companies, and has defended commercial accident, construction, fire, toxic substances, motor vehicle, class action and contract cases. He has argued appellate cases on issues such as accident and injury causation, property loss and insurance coverage. Before entering private practice, Mr. Ullom served in various government positions in Ohio including Director of Legislative Affairs for the Auditor of Summit County, Elections Counsel to the Ohio Secretary of State, Chief Deputy Clerk of Courts in Summit County and Chief Legal Advisor to the Ohio Auditor of State. At Rawle & Henderson, Mr. Ullom brings his experience to the Commercial Motor Vehicle section where he concentrates on the defense of trucking and bus companies and their insurers. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the Northern District of Ohio and the Northern District of New York. In addition, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. |
