Marc E. Fitzgerald is the senior associate in the Family and Probate Law Group. His practice encompasses all aspects of domestic relations and probate litigation, including divorce, custody, modification, child support, paternity, guardianship, and will contests. Mr. Fitzgerald handles high conflict disputes in a variety of litigation involving complex business valuation, asset division, inheritances, custody disputes, domestic violence and non-traditional family structure. Prior to joining Casner & Edwards, LLP, Mr. Fitzgerald was an associate at Godson & DiPiano, LLP where he concentrated in matrimonial and family law. Prior to that, Mr. Fitzgerald was a law clerk and associate at Cooley Manion Jones, where he focused on complex litigation. Mr. Fitzgerald is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Fitzgerald is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Mr. Fitzgerald is a graduate of Boston College. He obtained his law degree from New England School of Law, where he was President of the Honors Moot Court in 2001-2002. Mr. Fitzgerald has been recognized as a Rising Star by Boston Magazine. |
