Marc D. Rabinovitz is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Los Angeles office. He is a member of the Corporate Department where he concentrates his practice in all aspects of transactional global finance, primarily on different aspects of secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Prior to private practice, Marc was a consultant where he provided research assistance to partners advising arbitrageurs on the likelihood of antitrust clearance of mergers and acquisitions subject to regulatory review by competition authorities in the U.S. and Europe.
