Marc D. Policastro Shareholder Mr. Policastro concentrates his practice in development, environmental compliance cases, transactional matters, land use, zoning and business counseling. He has represented developers, lenders, borrowers and municipal boards in myriad land use contexts, including commercial and residential development. He concentrates on complex remediation cases and general environmental compliance counseling. He has significant experience in Industrial Site Recovery Act, Spill Act, and related hazardous substance regulatory matters. Mr. Policastro also has significant experience in redevelopment of contaminated sites.
