Marc B. Nathanson is Chairman of Mapleton Investments LLC, an investment vehicle formed in 1999. He has been a Director of Charter Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHTR) since January 2000.
Mr. Nathanson founded and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Falcon Holding Group, Inc., a cable operator, and its predecessors, from 1975 until 1999. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Enstar Communications Corporation, a cable operator, from 1988 to November 1999.
He has held executive positions with Teleprompter Corporation, Warner Cable and Cypress Communications Corporation.
In 1995, the President of the United States appointed Mr. Nathanson to the Broadcasting Board of Governors, and from 1998 through September 2002 he served as its chairman. |
