Manny Synalovski is a Principal of Architecture at Cubellis' Ft. Lauderdale, Florida office. He was the founding partner of Synalovski Gutierrez Romanik Architects which merged with Cubellis in 2006. With nearly 25 years experience servicing both public and private sector markets, Manny has shepherded the successful completion of hundreds of significant design projects inclusive of public/private sector partnerships. His depth of experience includes Academic, Municipal, Recreational, Residential, Commercial, and Mixed-Use developments. He specializes in Masterplanning projects through complex planning, platting and zoning procedures requiring concurrent reviews and approvals from local, municipal, regional, state and federal agencies. His commitment to design excellence and passion for service extends beyond the practice of architecture, as evidenced by the many civic and business awards he has received for community involvement and leadership. Manny currently contributes his diverse expertise and leadership to the Cubellis sgr architectural studio while also fostering client growth and developing the firm's presence in the Southern region. He is an alumnus of University of Miami. |
