Manuel Martinez is a senior litigation partner specializing in complex business and real estate litigation. He has a strong track record of successful jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations and summary judgment motions in State and Federal Courts. He represents real estate developers, commercial landlords, financial institutions, lawyers, accountants, publicly traded corporations, closely held companies and individuals. Mr. Martinez sits on the Board of Directors of, and is General Counsel for, a privately-held corporation with over $50 million in annual revenues.

Mr. Martinez graduated cum laude from Yale University in 1981 with a B.A. in History and Highest Honors in his departmental major. He earned his law degree from Yale Law School in 1984. Mr. Martinez was recognized in 2005 and 2006 as one of the "Top Lawyers in the Bay Area" by Bay Area Lawyer Magazine.
