Manuel A. Fernandez is the Managing Partner of Stroock's Miami office. He represents banks, institutional investors and developers in connection with a wide array of commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and management of commercial properties and the creation of real estate joint ventures. Mr. Fernandez has represented lenders in connection with construction, interim, permanent mortgage loan and mezzanine financing transactions and is experienced in the workout and restructuring of distressed loans.
