Manish Kumar has advised Goldin clients in connection with the bankruptcies and restructurings of Tom’s Foods, Mirant, MCI/Intermedia, Star Telecommunications and Armstrong World, among many others. Manish has extensive experience in valuation, liquidity analysis, solvency and fraudulent conveyance analysis, business plan review and intercompany claim analysis. He has worked with clients in the telecommunications, energy, manufacturing, distribution, retail, food, healthcare and service industries. Prior to joining Goldin Associates, Manish was a Vice President at Citibank and held various positions at Sumitomo Bank and Bank of America. Mr. Kumar has an M.B.A. from Stern School of Business at New York University and a Masters in Commerce and B.S. from Delhi University. |
