Manish Agarwal is managing partner, Unisys Global Public Sector, Asia/Pacific, based in Singapore. He is responsible for leading the public sector and healthcare practices, where he defines strategies to develop, sell and deliver solutions and services to governments in the Asia/Pacific region. By working in partnership with government agencies, he helps them provide technology solutions and services to better serve their constituents.
Manish joined Unisys in 2002 from BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting, Inc.), where he was responsible for all industries in Thailand and Malaysia. He implemented the building strategic profitable relationships framework within Asia Pac, and was instrumental in helping develop operating models, create business strategic and IT plans and improve business operations.
During his six years with BearingPoint, Manish held several positions of increased responsibility. Prior to his last assignment, he was responsible for the Public Sector and Healthcare practices in Asia. In earlier assignments, he was accountable for name accounts across Asia Pacific, as well as directing business development, practice management, engagement delivery and client relationship management for the Public Sector practice in the New York region.
Before joining BearingPoint, Manish was a consultant for ICL in the United Kingdom, where he led the development and support of client server systems and was responsible for business process re-engineering and IT strategy development. |
