Joining LMI in 2005, Mr. Rath is responsible for the legal affairs of the company. As corporate secretary, he is responsible for coordinating meetings of the Board of Trustees and recording the Board’s business. Before joining LMI, he was vice president, deputy general counsel, and assistant secretary of Alion Science and Technology Corporation. He also served on the board of directors and acted as secretary to two of Alion’s subsidiaries and was general counsel to one subsidiary. Previously, he was an attorney with the law firms of McGuire Woods and Baker and McKenzie. He has been admitted by the State Bar of Texas, Virginia State Bar, and District of Columbia Bar Association, as well as several U.S. district courts and courts of appeals. He has a juris doctor and bachelor of arts from the University of Virginia. |
