Mandy Roth concentrates her civil litigation practice in the areas of professional liability defense, insurance coverage issues, commercial litigation and appellate advocacy. A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, she was an editor of the Journal of Law and Policy. Ms. Roth earned her undergraduate degree, with honors, from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut where she received the French Scholar Award. Prior to joining Goldfein & Joseph, she practiced business law in New York City and Philadelphia. Her litigation experience includes antitrust and class action securities litigation. In addition, Mandy served as clerk to the Honorable Matthew Carrafiello and the Honorable Patricia McIverney in Motion Court of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Prior to law school, she worked at an international law firm in Paris, France. She is fluent in French and conversant in Spanish. Ms. Roth is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Florida. She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association. |
