As Chief Financial Officer, Malcolm Lambe is responsible for financial reporting and analysis, accounting, banking and treasury, and risk management. Mr. Lambe is a Certified Public Accountant and a Licensed Attorney. Prior to joining Brandywine Senior Living, Mr. Lambe was the Chief Financial Officer for Senior Lifestyle Corporation (SLC), an owner and operator of a national portfolio of seniors housing. During the three years he spent at SLC, Mr. Lambe participated in growing the company's portfolio from 3,781 units to almost 7,000 units through 10 acquisitions and five development projects. Prior to SLC, Malcolm spent almost 12 years at Heller Financial, Inc. as the Senior Vice President, Business Development and Senior Group Finance Officer for Heller International Group. Mr. Lambe also practiced law as an Associate Attorney with Baker & McKenzie and was a manager with Price Waterhouse. Malcolm has a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul College of Law and a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. |
