BACKGROUND: Malcolm was born October 8, 1940. He was raised in Miami where he graduated from Miami Senior High School in 1958. He married his wife, Jane, in 1962. After receiving his undergraduate degree from Florida, Malcolm was employed by a C.P.A. firm in Cocoa, Florida. Malcolm entered Florida Law School and graduated in 1964. EXPERIENCE: Malcolm is a business lawyer with extensive experience and expertise in banking and real estate law, as well as transportation issues. Malcolm previously served as Chairman for both the Florida High Speed Rail Commission and Florida Transportation Commission. Malcolm is Of Counsel to GrayRobinson.
