Mr. Litman's expertise includes U.S. and foreign applications, litigation, counseling, searches, prosecution, cancellation proceedings, oppositions, concurrent use proceedings, drafting and negotiating intellectual property assignments, licenses, security agreements, distributor and manufacturer agreements, work made for hire agreements, noncompetition agreements, and trade secret arrangements.
