Description of Practice:
Makesha is an associate in our San Francisco office, where she provides critical associate-level support to the litigation team. Makesha's practice includes general business and real estate litigation, as well as litigation of common law and statutory environmental and land use claims related to air quality, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Proposition 65.
Makesha is admitted to the State Bar of California.
Educational History:
Makesha received her B.S. in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2002. While in college, she received numerous awards for excellence in engineering. She is a certified Engineer-in-Training with the State of California and a member of the Structural Engineers Association of California. In 2005, she received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and a participant on the National Moot Court Team. Prior to graduation, Makesha was selected as a member of the Order of the Barristers for excellence in oral advocacy and brief writing. |
