Maria, President of Peak AdComm, Inc., has been with The Peak Organization since 2000 where she established a multimillion dollar executive search and staffing firm specializing in the placement of consultants and permanent professionals in marketing, communications, advertising and e-commerce positions. Prior to founding Peak AdComm, Maria was Managing Director at Paladin Staffing where she managed the NYC office placing consultants in advertising, creative and communications positions.

Maria has over twenty years experience in marketing and advertising. Her career includes roles as: Marketing Director of a

division of McGraw Hill; Regional Marketing Director of a division of Mediplex, Inc; and EVP of a NYC ad agency.

Maria received her MBA from Pace University and her undergraduate degree from Marymount Manhattan College.
