Ms. Porter’s practice focuses on drug and medical device litigation, including cases involving diet drugs, phenylpropanolamine, thimerosal-containing vaccines, hormone replacement therapy, rheumatoid arthritis therapies, contraceptive devices, breast implants, dialyzers, anti-reflux devices, latex gloves, incubators, and component parts of oxygen delivery systems. She helped try the only federal breast implant case to go to trial before Judge Pointer, the MDL judge, and has litigated and tried cases in counties and federal courts throughout the State of Alabama.Prior To Maynard Cooper:Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Porter served as law clerk to the Honorable Seybourn H.
