Mr. Shah provides 17 years of experience in the financial management and financing of emerging growth companies. Experienced as a CFO and investment banker, Mr. Shah is skilled at accounting, management and financial reporting and analysis. He has extensive experience with financial transactions (venture capital, IPO, private placement) as well as mergers/acquisitions, strategic alliances/ business partnerships, strategic planning, and investor relations. Prior to joining Pipeline, Mr. Shah’s business experience includes CFO of a California based Investment Banking/Broker-dealer firm, President of Signet Technologies, CFO of GroupComm Systems, Founder of Strategic Planning Group, and consultant for Coopers & Lybrand. |
