Magnus Almquist is Senior Vice President World Wide Sales Operations for Redback Networks an Ericsson company since April 2008. Prior to this he was the Vice President of Sales Operations in EMEA since 2005 and before that he was the Sales Director for EMEA South for Redback Networks. Before joining Redback Magnus held several sales leadership positions at leading telecommunication companies such Ascend Communications Cascade Communications and General Datacomm giving him more than 20 years of experience in the Telecom and Data communications market.
Magnus has a very international background; he lived in Latin America Sweden Spain Switzerland the UK and France before moving to Silicon Valley. He is from Sweden and speaks fluent Spanish English French and Swedish.
Magnus holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from the University of Linkoping - Institute of Technology in Sweden. |
