Maggie Qiu was appointed Company Secretary of the Company on Oct 23 2007. Ms. Qiu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Germanistik from Peking University in China in 2001 a Master's degree in European Culture and Economy from Ruhr University Bochum in Germany in 2003 and subsequently obtained a professional diploma in corporate governance. Prior to joining the Company she served as Assistant to GM in multinational companies. Since she joined the Company in 2005 Ms. Qiu functioned as Assistant to CEO and managed essential projects including corporate restructuring merger and acquisition as well as administration of board meetings and shareholder meetings. In addition Ms. Qiu has sound experience in corporate administration and project management. |
