Maggie Hucke is the co-founder and Partner of Recruiting Solutions Worldwide. RSW is an Executive Recruiting Firm focusing on Fortune 500, start-up and emerging organizations. Prior to joining RSW, for several years Mrs. Hucke worked for Marriott Vacation Club International (MVCI), the vacation ownership division of Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE: MAR) as the Senior Executive Recruiter focusing on Finance and Accounting, Mortgage Bank, IT and Legal.

Mrs. Hucke started her career in the retail sector working in the buying office for the Home Shopping Network (HSN), the multi-channel retail giant a subsidiary of IAC (NASDAQ: IACI). In 1999, Maggie took a position with Tully/Woodmansee International an Executive Recruiting firm specializing in Retail, Finance, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing.

Mrs. Hucke holds a Bachelor of Science from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri, where her concentrations were Business Marketing and Fashion.
