Represents insurance companies with various claims in state and federal court. Experience with subrogation, bad faith, coverage, agent termination and indemnification and state and federal interpleader actions
Represents secured creditors in health care industry with exercising rights and remedies against borrowers under state law, including state receivership
Represents large and small companies in commercial litigation
Experience with concurrent multi-district finance litigation and state receivership actions
Intern, Human Rights Watch, Washington D.C.; researched human rights violations in the Middle East/North Africa region; conducted research focusing on weapons trade, and Arms Export Control Act
