Ms. Reeves joined Parago as Chief Financial Officer in 2007. Prior to joining Parago, Ms. Reeves spent 14 years at JPMorgan and predecessor firms where she served as Managing Director within JPMorgan's Technology Corporate Banking Group. Ms. Reeves led a group responsible for providing commercial banking and investment banking services to mid-cap and small-cap technology companies, primarily focused in the software, services, and transaction processing segments. During her tenure at JPMorgan, Ms. Reeves was involved in the following select transactions: Sole Bookrunner and Placement Agent for a $110MM syndicated credit facility and $40MM mezzanine debt raise for a private IT/BPO company; Sole Bookrunner on a $75MM convertible debt offering for a supply chain software company; Joint Bookrunner on a $1.5B credit facility and $500MM high grade bond offering for a BPO provider; and Joint Bookrunner on a $205MM acquisition facility for a merchant acquirer. In addition, Ms. Reeves played a key role in helping JPMorgan develop a business plan to form a nationwide Payments Practice focused on emerging, small and mid-cap payments companies. |
