Ms. Madonna King joined Children's Home Society & Family Services in August 1996. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology. In the spring of 2003, she received an Honorary Doctorate from her alma mater, the University of Dubuque. Previously to coming to CHSFS, Ms. King was an administrator with the Department of Human Services and served as the Executive Director for the Children and Families of Iowa. Ms. King has served on the National Advisory Council of Executives, the Midwest Steering Committee, the National Advisory on Managed Care for the Child Welfare League of America and the International Advisory Committee of the Child Welfare League of America. |
